Antonini Navi relies on a team of highly skilled professionals. In fact, the Technical Department consists of over twenty engineers and technicians with decades of experience in the design of oil platforms, military hulls, patrol boats, and various marine-related activities over time.

SIMONE ANTONINI
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Simone Antonini was born in 1970, and he obtained a degree in Political Science from the University of Genoa, and subsequently followed the family tradition by starting to work in the company with his father, becoming quickly Chief Executive Officer.
ALDO MANNA
SALES DIRECTOR
Nautical engineer, Aldo, born in 1971. In 1999 he founded MCYACHT, a company that is still a leader in yacht management in Italy. Since 2002 he has spent a lot of time in Miami, where he developed a cosmopolitan mindset in the international yachting world. From 2007 to 2019 he worked as a sales and concept development officer at the Ocea shipyard.

WALTER ANTONINI
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Son of Simone, Walter Antonini represents the fourth generation in the company. Serving as the Business Development & Marketing Manager, Walter is pursuing academic excellence in business administration at both Peking University and Bocconi University. With a dedicated tenure of five years in the yachting industry, he is currently in China with the goal of promoting Antonini Navi in the region.
STEFANO RATTI
PROJECT MANAGER
Fresh from his studies at the University of Genoa, Stefano Ratti worked in the precision mechanical construction sector. Since 2013, Stefano has been working with Antonini Group as a project manager, also coordinating Antonini Navi technical office in the development of new projects.
DAVIDE URLI
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Since 1996, he has been deeply involved in yacht design at Tommaso Spadolini's studio in Florence. From 1997 to 2022, he worked at AB YACHT and CANTIERI di PISA as Production Manager, and Fincantieri as Production Supervisor .
NORBERTO PIETRELLI
FINANCE MANAGER
Norberto Pietrelli launched his professional life at financial company, first as an administrative employee and then as an office manager. He is administrator and finance manager. He has been working for 33 years in the Antonini Group, managing contracts and projects totaling over €1 Bilion.
ENRICO BERNARDI
ADVISOR
Enrico Bernardi, after the first experience of Chief Engineer in Commercial Ship from 1974 to 1984, he worked for Perini Navi from 1987 to 1997 and subsequently for Benetti Navi from 1998 to 2017. In May 2020, he became Advisor at Antonini Navi.
SILVIA PAPA
TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER
After graduating in Nautical Engineering and Yacht Design at University of Genova, she attended a three month last intership with the Designer Fulvio De Simoni. In optober 2023 she became Technical Office Engineer at Antonini Navi.
